• To improve our services and measure campaign performance
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of consent (marketing communications), contract (providing access to offers), and legitimate interests (analytics and service improvement where balanced against your rights).

5. Third parties

We use Supabase (hosting/database), Brevo (email marketing), Resend (transactional email), Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, X, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, and Spotify (with your consent). Data may be processed outside the UK with appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

We retain your registration data while you remain subscribed and for up to 24 months after last activity, unless you request deletion sooner.
